Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on an order declaring an emergency and a grave necessity due to unforeseeable circumstance to approve a budget amendment acknowledging additional revenues for the General Fund.
Background
The budget amendment recognizes insurance proceeds received for damages to the ESD 5, Medic 31 Jarrell garage doors. The insurance proceeds are being used to offset the repair expense on the damaged garage doors.
