Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on issuing a comment letter to the US Fish and Wildlife Service recommending the removal of the Bone Cave harvestman from the Federal List of Endangered Species; and, further, authorize the law firm of Nossaman LLP to provide any necessary modifications to such letter in order to fully evidence Williamson County’s support of such delisting.
