Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approval of the final plat for the Schwertner Ranch Phase 1 subdivision – Precinct 3.

This is the first section of the Schwertner Ranch development.  It consists of 115 residential lots, 3 right of way lots, 1 amenity center lot and 4,260 linear feet of new public roads.  Roadway and drainage construction is not yet complete, but a financial security in the amount of $272,269.36 has been posted with the County to cover the cost of the remaining construction.

2019-06-03 – 1st review complete with comments
2019-08-01 – 2nd submittal of final plat
2019-08-16 – 2nd review complete with comments 
2019-08-30 – 3rd submittal of final plat
2019-09-11–  3rd review complete with comments 
2020-07-02 – 4th submittal of final plat
2020-07-10 – 4th review complete with comments 
2020-07-14 – 5th  submittal of  final plat
2020-07-15 – 5th review complete with comments clear except for completing construction
2020-07-15 – receipt of final plat with all signatures and a financial security for the remaining construction
2020-07-16 – final plat placed on the July 21, 2020 Commissioners Court agenda for consideration
