Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a Contract Amendment No. 1 to the Davilla Culvert and Thrall Street contract between Williamson County and RS&H, Inc. relating to the 2019 Road Bond Program. Project: P486 and P374; Funding Source: Road Bonds.
Background
RS&H contract amendment #1 increases the compensation cap by $50,000.00 from $100,000.00 to $150,000.00. The additional money will allow for the execution of both Work Authorization #1 for the Davilla Culvert Replacement and Work Authorization #2 for the Thrall Street maintenance job projects under this contract.
