Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving a proposed amendment to the Final Zone Project Plan and Zone Finance Plan for the Hutto Reinvestment Zone No. 1 whereby the Method of Finance would be amended to provide that the corrected base taxable value for calculation of the Hutto Reinvestment Zone No. 1 Revenues is $1,256,087.00.
Background
The Hutto Reinvestment Zone Board No. 1 met on August 5th to approve an amendment to the Final Zone Project Plan and Zone Finance Plan and the Tax Increment Financing Agreement between Williamson County and the City of Hutto. This Amendment changes the payment due date by the County to the City to May 1st. It also corrects the base year which was originally presented as zero. Hal Hawes reviewed these items for the County.
