Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving a lease with Sharp Electronics Corp for two (2) copiers for Williamson County JP Pct #2, one (1) in the amount of $113.58 per month, the 2nd in the amount of $162.58 per month, pursuant to DIR Contract #DIR-CPO-4433.
Background
Approval of these leases will support the operations of Williamson County JP Pct #2. New lease term is for 60 months effective 10/01/2020; one (1) priced at $113.58 which includes 3,000 copies/prints per month and overages @ $0.0070 each; 2nd copier priced at $162.58 per month, including 10,000 copies/prints per month and overages @ $0.0070 ea.
