Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving a lease with Sharp Electronics Corp for two (2) copiers for the Williamson County District Clerk Office, one (1) in the amount of $192.29 per month, the 2nd in the amount of $206.29 per month, pursuant to DIR Contract #DIR-CPO-4433.
Background
Approval of these leases will support the operations of Williamson County District Clerk Office; new lease term is for 48 months effective 10/01/2020. One (1) copier priced at $192.29 per month, which includes 8,000 copies/prints per month and overages @ $0.0070 each. 2nd copier priced at $206.29 per month, which includes 10,000 copies/prints per month and overages at $0.0070 each.
