Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the extension of Metal Beam Guard Fence Contract #1806-237, renewal period 2, for the same pricing, terms and conditions as the existing contract for the term of September 8, 2020 – September 7, 2021, with RHB Construction and authorizing execution of the renewal agreement.
Background
This contract renewal is for the Road and Bridge (R&B) Department. The department point of contact is Kon Kwan. A Vendor Performance Report (VPR) was submitted that reflected the vendor met our requirements on this contract and requested to renew. This expenditure was approved in FY2020 budget and in FY2021 budget. The funding source is 01.0200.0210.003599 Road Construction Maintenance.
