Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on extending the Professional Services Agreement with Adam Barta, M.D. for Medical Services at the Williamson County Jail for the annual amount of $90,195.60 for the term of October 1, 2020 – September 30, 2021 and authorizing execution of the renewal agreement.
