Background
The CR 200 Project requires TCEQ approval of an exception to the Contributing Zone Plan (CZP) prior to construction. A TCEQ Agent Authorization Form is required to authorize an employee of Jones and Carter to submit the needed CZP exemption for TCEQ review and approval on behalf of the County.
