Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the maintenance agreements between Hamilton Vaultronics, LLC and Williamson County for vault maintenance for two Tax Office locations in the amount of $800 per location, and authorizing execution of the agreements.

Background

Approval of this item will support the operations of the Williamson County Tax Office.  Attached agreements are for vault maintenance at the Round Rock and Cedar Park Tax Offices.  Agreement outlines the services that will be provided at an annual cost of $800 per location.  Agreement will take effect after the initial one-year warranty period from the date of installation for each location.  This expenditure will be charged to 01.0100.0499.004500.  Department contact is Matt Johnson.
