Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on an order declaring an emergency and a grave necessity due to an unforeseeable circumstance and approve a budget amendment to acknowledge additional revenues for the General Fund.
Background
The budget amendment recognizes insurance proceeds received for the Sheriff's Office, District Attorney, County Attorney, Facilities and Emergency Management for hail damage. The proceeds are being used to offset the repairs of the damaged vehicles.
