Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the price proposal between J.T. Vaughn Construction, LLC and Williamson County for Road and Bridge Roof Insulation and Ceiling in the amount of $13,929.00 pursuant to Choice Partners Contract No.15/041JN-16 and authorizing the execution of the agreement.
Background
This is for Road and Bridge Roof Insulation and Ceiling utilizing the Choice Partners Purchasing Cooperative Contract Number 15/041JN-16. During demo, It was found that there was no insulation. This work is to add spray insulation to the roof deck as well as removal of drop ceiling in order to add insulation to underside of roof and replace drop ceiling. Dwayne Gossett is the point of contact for this transaction.This expenditure will be charged to General Funding: 100.0509.5300; Building Funding: 100.1026.5300. Funding was approved in the FY2020 budget
