Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on awarding RFP #T1289 Landscape Services for Williamson County Parks to the overall highest scoring respondent Heart of Texas Landscape and Irrigation Company effective October 1, 2020 in the annual amount of $123,255.00.
Background
Purchasing solicited sealed proposals for landscaping services for Parks. Six suppliers participated in the RFP of which two suppliers submitted a proposal. Both proposals were determined to be responsive and were evaluated by an evaluation committee. It was determined that Heart of Texas was the overall highest scoring respondent and would provide the best value to the County. Annual contract amount will be $123,255.00.
