Background
Purchasing solicited competitive sealed proposals for the Justice Center Remodeling Project. Six (6) suppliers submitted a proposal. The proposals were evaluated by an evaluation committee and it was determined that HCS, Inc. submitted the best value proposal to the County. Total amount of this agreement will be $2,799,000.00.
