Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving a copier lease agreement between Konica Minolta Business Solutions USA, Inc. and Williamson County in the amount of $175.40 per month, pursuant to DIR Contract #DIR-CPO-4439 and authorizing the execution of the agreement.
Background
Approval of this lease will support the operations of the Williamson County Transformative Justice Program. Lease is for 36 months at the rate of $175.40 per month. Maintenance agreement includes all toners and supplies, all copies to be billed monthly at $0.0059. This expenditure will be charged to 01.0100.3005.004621, Department contact will be Leisa Jones.
