Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approval of the final plat for the Santa Rita Ranch South Section 9C subdivision – Precinct 2.

This is the next section of the Santa Rita Ranch South development.  It consists of 43 single family lots and 1,151 linear feet of new public roads.  Roadway and drainage construction are not yet complete but a financial security in the amount of $607,474.05 has been posted with the County to cover the cost of the remaining construction.
 
Timeline
2019-08-29 – initial submittal of final plat
2019-09-16 – 1st review complete with comments
2020-10-12 – 2nd submittal of final plat
2020-10-26 – 2nd review complete with comments cleared except for completing construction
2020-10-27 – receipt of final plat with all signatures and a financial security received for the amount of the remaining construction
2020-10-29 – final plat placed on the November 3, 2020 Commissioners Court agenda for consideration
