Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on an order declaring an emergency and a grave necessity due to unforeseeable circumstances to approve a budget amendment for Juvenile Services.
Background
The budget amendment request is to move unspent GISD Residential Service dollars into the Fiscal Year 2021 budget. Unspent GISD Residential services are to be used only for residential services. The monies are carried forward until spent.
