Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the Services Contract between Williamson County and Brycomm, LLC to provide and trenching and underground conduit install at Cedar Park South Radio Tower Shelter in the amount of $9,992.33 per the terms of DIR Contract #DIR-TSO-3698 and authorizing execution of the agreement. Funding Source: P529.

This agreement will provide and install one (1) strand copper from existing telephone pole to Cedar Park South Radio Tower Shelter in proposed conduit and on existing pathway according to specifications in the attached proposal.

Scope of Work:
1. Excavate and trench ±80ft from existing pole to Tower.
2. Provide and install (1) 2” PVC SCH 40 conduit in trench w/18” of coverage.
3. Conduits to stub up existing pole and stub up on exterior wall of comm shelter.
4. Core 1.5” Hole in Comm shelter wall and place JBOX.
5. Place caution tape and back fill with spoils.
6. Move and place existing rock from trench inside tower fence along trench path.
7. Pull existing telephone line from riser pole to inside comm shelter.
