Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on authorizing the extension of the Westlaw Patron Access for Williamson County Law Library with West Publishing Corporation, a Thomson Reuters business, for a 36-month term commencing January 2021 for $318.27 per month through September 2021, and applying a 3% increase for each fiscal year remaining on the 36-month term, with terms and conditions as defined in CO-OP #DIR-LGL-CALIR-02 (TXMS).
Background
This is a requirement with the IT Department for the Williamson County Law Library for Westlaw Patron Access with Thomson Reuters. The expense is funded through Law Library, 01.0350.0680.003030 and budgeted from January through September 2021 in the amount of $2,864.43 ($318.27 monthly) with a 3% increase for each fiscal year remaining on the 36-month term.
