Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the addendum and quote for Superion, LLC/Central Square Technologies, LLC in the amount of $60,000 and authorizing the execution of the associated documents.
Background
These are licenses for the Mobile Computer Terminal (MCT) software used in law enforcement vehicles. Due to increasing remote work, more licenses are needed to keep up with the demand from the County agencies as well as the cities that are dispatched by Williamson County. Central Square and One Solution products were Sole Sourced on 05.05.2020 under Agenda Item #65. Department point of contact is Richard Semple. Funding source is 418P.
