Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action regarding a Supplemental to the Standard Utility Agreement with Pedernales Electric Cooperative (PEC) for utility adjustments on the Seward Junction Southeast project, a Road Bond project in Commissioner Pct. 2.

Background

This supplemental agreement is necessary to reimburse PEC an additional $68,444.18 for costs incurred due to additional design and construction work caused by right-of-way (ROW) constraints. Multiple mobilizations were also required to complete the relocations, due to the communication companies delaying removal of their lines from the old PEC poles. The actual cost of the relocations increased by $68,444.18 to a new total cost of $147,016.45, with 100% being reimbursed by the County for a total reimbursement amount of $147,016.45.
