Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approval of the final plat for the Estates at Northgate Phase 1 Section 2 subdivision – Precinct 2.

This is the next section of the Estates at Northgate development.  It consists of 53 lots and 4,678 feet of new public roads.  Roadway and drainage construction has been completed.
