Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on Contract Amendment No. 1 to the CR258 Extension contract between Williamson County and American Structurepoint, Inc. relating to the 2013 Road Bond Program. Project: P277. Fund Source: Road Bonds.
Background
ASI contract amendment #1 increases the compensation cap by $200,000.00 from $500,000.00 to $700,000.00 as well as adds two new rate categories under the SAM sub-consultant. The additional money will allow for the execution of a Supplemental Work Authorization for design changes to avoid expensive utility relocations and add detention.
