Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving an Interlocal Agreement (ILA) between Williamson County and the City of Liberty Hill related to water pressure improvements at River Ranch County Park. Approval of this ILA will authorize Williamson County to cost-share 50/50 with the City of Liberty Hill to ensure that adequate water pressure reaches all areas of the park. Maximum cost to Williamson County is $25,000. Funding source P315.
Background
It was determined there was inadequate water pressure to all reaches of River Ranch County Park. Various resolutions were explored and considered, but the most efficient option for Williamson County is to cost-share these improvements with the City. The agreement was reviewed and approved by Williamson County Legal and Contract Audit. This agreement has also been approved by the City of Liberty Hill Council.
