Background
This is the next section of the Star Ranch Section 7 development. It consists of 116 residential lots, 3 landscape lots and 5,981 linear feet of new public roads. Roadway and drainage construction is not yet complete, but a financial security in the amount of $972,168.89 has been posted with the County to cover the cost of the remaining construction.
