Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on authorizing the extension of Public Involvement for Infrastructure Projects contract 1812-284, renewal option period 1, with Rifeline, LLC, for the same pricing, terms and conditions as the existing contract for the term of March 13, 2021 - March 12, 2022.
Background
This is the first of four possible 1-year renewal options for this contract. The Funding Source is under Road Bonds with the funds that come from any/all Road Bond P#s. The actual P#s are determined by specific work authorization. The portion of this contract that’s paid from Road & Bridge funds is out of 0200-0210-004100. The department point of contact is Terron Evertson.
