Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a line item transfer for Merit - Emergency Services Department.

Background

When budgets were being done for FY21, we inadvertently clicked on a wrong event code in PowerPlan, causing the FICA line in this account to be shorted.  Because we roll forward a substantial amount of merit in this account each year, we do not believe the merit monies will be depleted and that there will be excess in retirement to cover this shortfall in FICA. This transfer will cover the shortfall in the merit FICA.
