Discuss consider and take appropriate action on approving the service contract between Austin Monthgomery d/b/a The Roof Co. and Williamson County to provide cleaning and painting services for the Williamson County Lifesteps Building in the not-to-exceed amount of $22,682.18 per the Tips contract # 200201 and authorizing the execution of this agreement.
Background
The Lifesteps Williamson Council On Alcohol & Drugs facility has been damaged as a result of the February winter weather event. Repairs on that facility are beginning. This agreement provides for the cleaning, preparation, and painting of exterior of the building, removing and replacing the back door with a new steel door and hardware, and also provides for the foundation leveling but excludes replacement of existing structural requirements for the Georgetown Life Steps Building on 311 S. Main St. Georgetown, TX 78626. Department point of contact is Dwayne Gossett. Funding source is 01.0100.01024.004509 FY21.
