Purchasing solicited sealed statements of qualifications for Engineering Services. 21 firms participated of which 15 firms submitted responses. The responses were evaluated by an evaluation committee. The attached Pape-Dawson Engineering, Inc. contract is to provide professional engineering services for the Ronald Reagan Segment E (SH 195- IH 35) project as part of the LRP has been reviewed and approved for Commissioners Court consideration by the Road Bond Team. The maximum amount payable under this contract, without modification, is seven-hundred fifty thousand Dollars ($750,000.00).
