Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the renewal between Clarity Ventures and Williamson County for DNN Evoq Content on production license with a Platinum Support Plan in the amount of $25,730.00 for one (1) year to support the operations of the Williamson County IT Department for the wilco.org website and authorizing the execution of the agreement.

This contract provides for the annual website maintenance and support for wilco.org.  DNN Support Packages are available for both DNN Platform and Evoq customers to help keep the county's website running smoothly. If something goes wrong, DNN's qualified experts will solve the problem. This service also includes updates to the site and a direct support line.  Clarity Ventures, as the current support provider, is considered at captive vendor at this time.  IT staff has not been able to revisit scoping and soliciting this service contract due to the additional COVID 19 workload issues that have been experienced this year.  However, the Purchasing Department will be supporting the IT Department and issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a multi-year support agreement later this year for these services.  Department Contact: Richard Semple.  Funding is approved in FY21.  Funding Source: 01.0100.0503.004505.
