The Purchasing Department solicited sealed statements of qualifications for Engineering Services. 18 firms participated of which 10 firms submitted responses. The responses were evaluated by an evaluation committee. The attached American Structurepoint, Inc. contract is to provide professional engineering services for the Anderson Mill Road from FM 734/Palmer Lane to Loop 1 project as part of the 2019 Road Bond Project P337 has been reviewed and approved for Commissioners Court consideration by the GEC Team. The maximum amount payable under this contract, without modification, is nine-hundred fifty thousand Dollars ($950,000.00).
