Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on an Oncor Power Distribution Line Easement between Williamson County and Oncor Electric Delivery Company, LLC relating to an easement that is necessary for operations at the Williamson County Landfill.
Background
Waste Management, the operator of the Williamson County Landfill, requires a power line easement to power the water pumps at the landfill. The easement will be temporary and will be abandoned when the power line is removed. The easement holder will be Oncor Electric. The easement will start at County Road 130 and run southeast to Chandler Rd and then along Chandler Rd. Please see attached Exhibit A.
