Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approval of the revised preliminary plat for the Cool Water subdivision – Precinct 3.

This is a revision to the preliminary plat of the Cool Water subdivision that was previously approved on September 10, 2019. Since the last approval, the developer has requested changes to the roadway and lot layout within the development. This revision consists of the addition of 496 linear feet of a new public road, an increase in 11 single-family lots and a decrease of 2.14 acres in the area of drainage/open spaces.  With this revision, the proposed Cool Water subdivision consists of 1,557 single family lots, 5 drainage/open space lots, 1 open space lot, 5 right-of-way reserves, 16 landscape lots and 46,833 linear feet of new public roads.
