Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the transfer of $850,000 from P457 (LTP ROW) General Fund to P583 (Flood Infrastructure Fund) Grant Match.
Background
Based on the Commissioners Court action to fund the Flood Infrastructure Grant on September 22, 2020, with $850,000 from CIP and LTP, it has now become necessary to modify the FY21 Transportation Corridor Budget that was approved on January 26, 2021.
