Background
This Change Order adds a new item to pay the Contractor for 24” Reinforced Concrete Pipe (RCP) 6:1 Safety End Treatments (SET). The plans call to install 6:1 SET’s on the 24” RCP at the ends of driveway culverts on Chester Forest in the Sherbourne Zone. On the bid form, no pay item was set up for this work. Item 0467-6392 (SET (TY II) (24IN) (RCP) (6:1) (P)) is added to pay for this work.
