Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on ratifying purchase of two (2) Solar Tech Full Matrix Message Boards (126" x 76") and two (2) Solar Tech Full Matrix Message Boards (92" x 54") from Pathmark Traffic Equipment LLC, in the amount of $64,700.00, and exempting this purchase from the competitive bidding requirements per Texas Local Government Code Section 262.024.(a)(2).
Background
These message boards will be for the vaccination sites as the boards currently utilized at these locations must be returned to Road and Bridge. Department point of contact is Bob Daigh. Funding Source 418P.
