Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on authorizing the extension of Contract #1903-305 Medical Supplies for Williamson County Jail, renewal option 2, for the term of July 1, 2021 - June 30, 2022, for the same pricing, terms and conditions as the existing contract, with the exception of, the items identified in Zhou Medical Solutions, LLC letter dated May 19, 2021, and notarized dated May 20, 2021, proposing economic price adjustment.
Background
The Sheriff's Office recommends renewal for this second and last renewal option available for this contract. The department point of contact is Abigail Dass. The Sheriff's Office provided a Vendor Performance Report (VPR) which states the vendor met all requirements on contract and recommends renewal for another term. The funding source for the requirement is under Medical Supplies, 0100.0570.003200.
