Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the quotation between Data Projections, Inc. and Williamson County for courtroom audiovisual upgrades in the amount of $52,339.57 pursuant to TIPS contract #200904, and authorizing execution of the documents.
Background
Approval of this item will support the operations at the Justice Center. Quote attached outlines the audio-visual upgrade components, labor, design/engineering and maintenance costs. Addendum is also attached. This expenditure will be charged to 418P. Department contact is Richard Semple.
