Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving a new lease agreement between Quadient Finance USA, Inc. and Williamson County, for a new postage meter for Justice of The Peace Precinct 1, in the amount of $83.83 per month, pursuant to BuyBoard contract #576-18, and authorizing the execution of the lease.
Background
Approval of this new lease agreement will support the operations of Williamson County Justice of the Peace Precinct 1 office. The lease agreement is for 48 months at a monthly rate of $83.83 and billed quarterly at $251.49. Legal and Contract Audit have reviewed the lease, addendum is attached. This expenditure will be charged to line item 01.0100.0451.004216. The Department contact is Geneva Salazar.
