Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a Contract Assignment between PaveTex Engineering, LLC as assignor, and Atlas Technical Consultants LLC, as assignee, in relation to that certain Williamson County Contract for Materials Testing & Geotechnical Engineering Services dated effective April 23, 2020 regarding 2019 Road Bond Program "on-call". Project: As needed. Funding Source: Road Bonds.
Background
PaveTex Engineering, LLC has been acquired by Atlas Technical Consultants LLC effective as of April 1, 2021. The Consent to Contract Assignment will complete the transition process by transferring the 2019 Road Bond On-Call Materials Testing Contract executed April 23, 2020 from PaveTex to Atlas.
