Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a line item transfer for Constable Pct 4.
Background
In an effort to standardize and replace the department's aging patrol rifle equipment, these funds will pay the cost difference after trade-in credit is applied to the balance. It will also cover the cost of a new patrol rifle that will be purchased and issued to a deputy not previously issued one. This request was previously approved by the Court on July 21, 2020, but due to COVID-19 vendor supply constraints, the equipment was not available for purchase until recently.
