Purchasing solicited bids for All Season Pre-Coated Patching Mixture (ASPPM). Forty-one (41) suppliers were invited to bid of which one (1) supplier viewed the bid documents and responded. Waller County Asphalt, LLC was the only responsive bidder and Road and Bridge award to Waller County Asphalt, LLC per the attachment the price per is $120.96/ton. The Road and Bridge Department point of contact is James Williams. Funds are budgeted in the FY 21 funding source 01.0200.0210.003550.
