Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the Services Contract between Williamson County and Building Abatement Demolition Co. Inc. (BAD) to provide the removal and proper disposal of one (1) handicap parking canopy located at the Wilco Justice Center in the amount of $9,800.00 per the terms of TIPS Contract #191002 and authorizing execution of the agreement.
Background
This agreement includes the removal and proper disposal of one (1) canopy located onsite. Scope to include the removal of the roof, metal frame structure, brick columns and bases at the Wilco Justice Center located at 305 W. 4th Street, Georgetown TX. Department point of contact is Angel Gomez. Funding Source 01.100.0409.004987 budgeted in FY21.
