Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on the Brushy Creek Marlins Swim Meet Parking Plan for Sendero Springs Pool located adjacent to Sendero Springs Drive, Round Rock, Texas, for the 2021 Swim Season.
Background
This is usually an annual event, although not in 2020. This summer, there will be 3 swim meets on June 12th, June 26th, and July 10th. This parking plan is the same as in past years, which had no issues. The Williamson County Fire Marshal’s Office and the county engineer’s office have reviewed this plan and found no problems.
Our office just received notice on June 7, 2021 that these swim meets were taking place; thus, why this agenda item is on here now rather than earlier before the first meet took place.
