Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a line item transfer for the General Fund Non-Departmental.
Background
The county has five tax increment financing agreements with Georgetown, Hutto, Leander and Taylor. Budget is based on preliminary assessed values in April and projected property tax collections for the next fiscal year. The property tax collections were underestimated during the budget process. Additional budget is needed to pay the invoices per the agreements.
