Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on terminating the existing agreement for Design and Engineering Services with Studio 16:19 for Champion Park and Southwest Regional Park, authorizing two separate Professional Service Agreements (PSA), one for Champion Park (P552) up to Fifty Thousand, Two Hundred Ninety-Six Dollars ($50,296.00) and one for Southwest Regional Park (P560) up to Forty Thousand, Four Hundred Eighty-Six Dollars ($40,486.00) and authorizing the execution of the two new agreements.
Background
The original Professional Service Agreement is being terminated because it combined both projects. The two new PSAs have been created to separate the projects. The agreements are for the Champion Park Parking Lot and Lighting Improvements in the amount of $50,296.00, funding source P552 and the Southwest Regional Park Remote Restroom in the amount of $40,486.00, funding source P560. Department point of contact for both projects is Russell Fishbeck, approved for FY21 budget.
