Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the service contract between Williamson County and Technology for Education, LLC d/b/a/ TFE Connect for the installation of audio and video equipment in the Jester Annex Divisible Rooms in the amount of $36,423.00, pursuant to the terms of TIPS Contract #200105 and authorizing execution of the agreement.

Background

The installation of the audio and video equipment will benefit the Jester Annex Divisible Rooms with Epson laser projectors, screens, wireless microphone systems, speakers, amplifiers and wall controls for better presentation purposes.  The attached quote has more details as to the service provided.  The department point of contact is Richard Semple.  The line item being charged for this purchase is 01.0100.0503.004509.
