Hubbard) who passed away in Justice of the Peace, Pct. 1 of Williamson County, TX where there has been no inquest by the Justice of the Peace and the county has discretion to inter, pursuant to Tex. Health & Safety Code § 711.002(e), and authorize Weed Corley Fish Funeral Homes & Cremation Services to move forward with interment.
