Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the services contract between Williamson County and Links Communication, Inc. to provide and install 75 replacement data outlets and 5 new cables for Wi-Fi at the Inner Loop Annex building located at 301 SE Inner Loop, Georgetown, TX 78626 in the amount of $19,690.00 and authorizing the execution of the agreement.
Background
This proposal will install 75 replacement data outlets, cabling for Wi-Fi and install new panels in the existing rack at the Inner Loop Annex building. This project will bring network data cabling up to required standards in the building. Quote and services contract are attached. Three (3) quotes were obtained for this purchase. This expenditure will be charged to 01.0100.0503.004509. The department point of contact is Richard Simple.
